7. Data and privacy
Use of information by 2 Beacon is described in the Privacy Policy available at https://2beacondevelopment.com/privacy-policy/. You are responsible for determining whether your use of the Software complies with your own privacy, retention, employment, consumer, and industry obligations.
8. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Software is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free synchronization, fitness for a particular accounting treatment, or compatibility with every third-party configuration.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 2 Beacon will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, tax consequences, or accounting errors arising from use of or inability to use the Software. Any direct liability will be limited to the amount paid to 2 Beacon for the applicable Software during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Software at any time. 2 Beacon may suspend or terminate a license for material violation of this Agreement, security abuse, nonpayment where applicable, or unlawful use. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
